RE : 18TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION SEEKS APPLICANTS FOR A VACANCY IN THE 18 TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT
Applicants are being sought to fill a seat on the 18 th Judicial Circuit Court. This appointment is to fill the vacancy resulting from the death of Circuit Judge T. Mitchell Barlow.
Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding five (5) years, and must be electors of the State of Florida.
The deadline for submitting all applications for the 18 th Judicial Circuit Court position is 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2006. An original and nine (9) copies of the completed application and attachments for these positions must be delivered by the foregoing deadline to:
