18TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION
RE : 18TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION APPLICANT AND INTERVIEW TIMES FOR A VACANCY ON THE BREVARD COUNTY COURT
The Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission will meet on Monday, November 6, 2006, at the Brevard County Government Center, Florida Room, 3rd Floor, Building “C”, in Viera, Florida to conduct interviews of all applicants for the Brevard County Court position, which was created by the recent appointment of Judge John Harris to the 18th Judicial Circuit Court. The interviews are open to the public, but the applicants are requested to remain outside the interview room except during their interview.
The interview times assigned to the Brevard County Court applicants are as follows:

Following the conclusion of the interviews on November 6, 2006, the Commission will go into executive session for deliberation. At least three, but no more than six, names will be selected and forwarded by November 13, 2006 to the Governor for consideration. Governor Bush then has sixty (60) days in which to make his selection.
