18TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION
RE:
18 TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION APPLICANT AND INTERVIEW TIMES FOR A VACANCY ON THE BREVARD COUNTY COURT.
The Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission will meet on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 , at the Brevard County Government Center, Building “C”, 3 rd Floor, Florida Room, in Viera, Florida to conduct interviews of all applicants for the Brevard County Court position, which was created by the recent appointment of Judge George Britton Turner to the 18 th Judicial Circuit Court. The interviews are open to the public, but the applicants are requested to remain outside the interview room except during their interview. The

Following the conclusion of the interviews on February 28, 2006, the Commission will go into executive session for deliberation. At least three, but no more than six names for each position will be selected and forwarded by March 1, 2006 to the Governor for consideration. Governor Bush then has sixty (60) days in which to make his selection.
