SELECTION OF NOMINEES FOR THE VACANCY ON THE SEMINOLE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

     Following the applicant interviews held on Friday, February 28th, 2003, the Eighteenth Judicial Nominating Commission selected the following nominees for the Eighteenth Circuit, Circuit Court position created by the 2002 Florida Legislature and assigned to Seminole County:

1.		Jeffrey D. Deen
2.		John D. Galluzzo
3.		Mark H. Randall
4.		Clayton Daniel Simmons
5.      James Robert Valerino
     The names of the nominees listed above will be certified to the Governor on or before March 4, 2003. The Governor has 60 days from the receipt of the names to make the appointment.
