SELECTION OF NOMINEES FOR THE VACANCY ON THE BREVARD COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

     Following the applicant interviews held on Thursday, February 27th, 2003, the Eighteenth Judicial Nominating Commission selected the following nominees for the judicial seat being vacated by the Honorable Vincent G. Torpy of the Brevard County Circuuit Court:

1.		Stewart B. Capps
2.		Morgan Laur Reinman
3.		George Britton Turner
     The names of the nominees listed above will be certified to the Governor on or before March 4, 2003. The Governor has 60 days from the receipt of the names to make the appointment.
