The Eighteenth Circuit
Judicial Nominating Commission will meet on Thursday, February 27, 2003
at the Brevard County, County Commission Chambers, in Viera, Florida to
conduct interviews of all applicants for the judicial seat being vacated by the
Honorable Vincent G. Torpy of the Brevard County Court. The interviews are open
to the public, but the applicants are requested to remain outside the interview
room except during their interview.

The Eighteenth Circuit
Judicial Nominating Commission will meet on Friday, February 28, 2003
at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport, Sanford Airport Authority,
in Sanford, Florida to conduct interviews of all applicants for the Eighteenth
Circuit, Circuit Court position created by the 2002 Florida Legislature and
assigned to Seminole County. The interviews are open to the public, but the
applicants are requested to remain outside the interview room except during
their interview.

County Circuit Court applicants are as follows:

Following the conclusion of the interviews on
each date, the Commission will go into executive session for deliberation. At
least three, but no more than six names for each position will be
selected and forwarded by March 4, 2003 to the Governor for
consideration. Governor Bush then has sixty (60) days in which to make his
selection.
