The Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is seeking qualified individuals to fill a Circuit Court vacancy created by the appointment of Judge James E.C. Perry to the Florida Supreme Court.
 
Applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for the preceding five years, must be registered voters, and must reside within the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit at the time of appointment.
 
Applications may be obtained from the Florida Bar’s Web site at www.floridabar.org.
 
One original and nine copies of the completed application and attachments must be delivered no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 to:
